A Tribe Called Quest's fourth album, Beats, Rhymes, and Life, finds Tribe taking it as it comes and handling all of the challenges with flair. It's a slower, steadier album than either People's Instinctive Travels or The Low End Theory, giving listeners plenty of time to enjoy jams like "1nce Again" and "Stressed Out". The 1996 record was a return of playful yet potent hip-hop.

Beats, Rhymes and Life was nominated for a 'Best Rap Album and "1nce Again" was nominated for 'Best Rap Performance' and 39th Grammy Awards in 1997.
